The bad news out of the way first: this movie is censored, often unnecessarily and rather crudely. Still, it is well worth viewing. While the movie is in japanese, it actually has a plot which gives it life. It begins with two lesbian women, who enjoy intimate moments (a nice cunnilingus and strap-on sex scene here) until one of the women is raped by four other women - a very good strap-on rape, well-acted and reralistic. She hangs herself afterwards, and her lover embarks on a crusade to find and torture the four miscreants. Thus the story becomes that of a classic revenge flick, which echoes (but predates) Kill Bill. No time is wasted, there are simply four scenes one after the other showing the vengeant angel alone with each of the four - this is where I sorely miss subtitles! Stgill, the tortures are manifold: Firecrackers, eggs, wax (not wimpy candles, but the real, hot, ones with wicks like torches have), waterboarding, whipping, pissing and so on. Again, the censorship destroys a little athmossphere, but the film is still very entertaining.
